Technology best used by a tailor!

Having a cell phone with a camera is no big deal these days. But more often than not it is used for fun and masti. Here is an observation which I thought is worth sharing. A tailor at Commercial Street in Bangalore is a small but busy businessman with substantial number of 20-30 clientele and is a designer in his own right.
He uses his camera enabled cell to click pictures of his customers and saves them against their name. So that when his precious clients call him to check on the delivery status he can quickly recollect and answer accordingly. He is doing his best to give the personalized service. Cool no?
